OUR WORK

We improve mutual understanding by sharing knowledge and experiences in various Working Groups. These Groups address issues reflecting the operational and strategic priorities of the Practitioners’ Network, such as the Team Europe Initiatives and in fragility contexts.

GENERAL ASSEMBLY

The General Assembly is the main governance body of the Practitioners’ Network. It is composed of all Members and meets at least once a year.

STEERING COMMITTEE

The main role of the Steering Committee is to prepare and implement decisions taken by the General Assembly.

PRESIDENCY AND TROIKA

The (co)-President promotes the representation of the Practitioners’ Network at the European level and can act as the face of the Practitioners’ Network in dealings with the European Commission and other stakeholders.

EFFECTIVE PARTNERSHIPS AND IMPLEMENTATION WORKING GROUP

The Effective Partnerships and Implementation Working Group was set up to promote general mutual knowledge, effective coordination and strong partnerships between Network Members themselves and also between network Members and the European Commission.

CONTRACTUAL AND FINANCIAL FRAMEWORKS WORKING GROUP

The Contractual and Financial Frameworks Working Group aims to ensure that simplified and viable contractual frameworks are established under which network Members can efficiently collaborate with the EU.

THEMATIC WORKING GROUP

This widely encompassing WG avoids the proliferation of WG as a result of the inclusion of the new PN priorities such as the Green Deal and digitalisation, cooperation of technical and financial assistance providers. It also includes all the activities that the different members would like to organise and enhances synergies between the different areas.
