About Us

We are: A Network of European Development Cooperation Practitioners.

Exchange, coordination and harmonization are in the focus of our work. As Practitioners' Network for European Development Cooperation we bring experts from European development cooperation organizations and the EU together. Our members have broad knowledge of the implementation of joint projects worldwide. We aim at sharing information and to discuss experiences and synergies. Operational issues and recommendations arising from our daily work are key to our main activities.

Mobilisation of Public Sector Expertise

The aim of the Task Force on the Use of the Public Sector Expertise is to analyse the potential for further expanding the participation of public sector experts in international technical cooperation projects. It also aims to raise awareness on the different organisational set-up and legal basis for the EU MS to mobilize public sector expertise into international technical cooperation projects.
